Earthmagicks

Earthmagicks is a very small enterprise, located in a quiet street of Auckland, pretty much away from the the bustle and noise of most of the traffic. Indeed, often all you can hear are the sounds of birds in the trees almost covering the property and, occasionally, the cats playing or the dogs (noisy but harmless) giving their greetings as people approach.

However, small though it may be, Earthmagicks is run by well qualified people. Jim owned a Nursery down South for several years and before that ran a successful landscaping business. He is described by others as being a "quirky Celtic Shaman" with a background of Druidry, Witchcraft (of the eclectic variety) as well incorporating as various other paths such as being an ordained Minister of the Universalist kind. Extremely busy in his chosen fields (he owns and runs an Internet Chat Relay Network - irc.earthlights.net -, a webmaster of several web sites -Raven's Quest , Celtic MP3s and, of course, the above mentioned Earthlights Net,  as well as raising his 14 year old daughter who leads him a merry dance, he has turned back and found the time for his main love, that of the earth. Hence Earthmagicks.

Alys, his partner, is well known in her chosen fields: former Editor and regular contributor of the well known Magic Pentacle magazine, webmistress par excellence ( Sanctuary, the internationally acclaimed Scribble  and The Collection web sites), list owner of the very popular Tidal Times and Quiet Times email lists, and, of course, well qualified in the fields mentioned further below: Counselling, Therapy, Meridian Massage, Dreamworking, Hypnotherapy and Tarot workings. Her own personal Paths cover a wide spectrum, including (but not limited to) High Magick and Celtic Spirituality, in all of which she is very well versed and qualified. (She calls herself "an old fashioned hedge-witch") Poor Alys (grin) was also dragooned into helping to run Earthlights IRC Network, where she quickly became very popular with both staff and users.

Alys sums up the concept of Earthmagicks below:
